Refund Policy

GMFT Services Ltd (“us”, “we”, “our”, or the “Company”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights regarding cancellations and refunds for Online Courses and Downloadable Books (DLB) purchased through www.gmfteducation.com.

1. Refunds on Downloadable Books (DLB) & digital content

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights laws regarding digital content:

  1. Immediate access waiver. By completing a purchase of a Downloadable Book (DLB) or digital publication, you agree to these Terms and request immediate access to the digital content. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, once you commence downloading, streaming, or accessing the digital content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your 14-day statutory right of cancellation is fully satisfied and extinguished. If you have not downloaded, streamed, or accessed the content, you retain your right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Non-downloaded purchases. If you have not yet downloaded, streamed, or accessed the DLB, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  3. Defective content. If a digital file is corrupted or does not perform as described, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund upon notifying us.
  4. Exclusions. The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds in instances of purchase abuse (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding digital titles).

2. Refunds on Online Courses

You have the right to cancel your registration for an Online Course within 14 days of purchase or prior to the course start date for a full refund.

  1. Partial attendance (pro-rata). If your Online Course commences within the 14-day cancellation window and you choose to cancel after it has started, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the portion of the course that has not yet taken place.
  2. Expired window. Cancellations requested after the 14-day window are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Company. Approved late refunds may incur a reasonable administrative fee.

3. Company cancellations & changes

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an Online Course or Book order prior to delivery.

  1. If we cancel a course or order, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer to an alternative course.
  2. Our liability for canceled courses or orders is strictly limited to the refund of the purchase price paid.

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of approval and issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
